End of Year Benefits

At the end of the year we are happy to accommodate those wishing to spend money that would otherwise expire. If you have insurance benefits that turn at the end of the year give us a call or come in to discuss glasses or contact lens purchases.  Or schedule an exam with us if you don't have a current prescription.  If you have benefits that are about to expire and you cannot contact our office in time, you can reach Dr. Roark directly at his cellphone - 719-200-8149. He's made his phone number available here so that no one misses out on taking advantage of their benefits or FSA/HSA money.


Holiday Hours

Our offices will be closed on Monday December 25th for Christmas and closed on Monday January 1st for New Year's Day. Besides that we will continue normal business hours through the holiday season this year.


Now Offering Laser Procedures!

Our Central location is pleased to be offering new state of the art laser procedures. These laser procedures consist of YAG Capsulotomy, Peripheral Iridotomy, and Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty. Eagle Eyes South has Moved!

The new address for our South location is 2749 Janitell Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 80906.

The location on 2750 South Academy Boulevard Suite 130 is now closed. If you had an order that was to be picked up from that location, it will be available at the new location on Janitell Road.

Founded in 1995, Eagle Eyes Vision Center prides itself in providing quality eye care for you and your family, whether you are 3 years old or 103! It is our goal to provide the best in eye exams, eyewear and medical eye care in Colorado Springs.  

We have three locations,  Eagle Eyes North, Eagle  Eyes Central, and Eagle Eyes South.

The staff at each of our three locations will ensure a convenient and welcoming atmosphere for you and your family. Each of our locations has individual office hours. If one schedule doesn't fit with yours, we have the capability to book you an appointment at another location to match your scheduling needs! Dr. Stephen R. Roark, OD is a graduate of Ohio State University and has been in private practice since 1989. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, and a member and past president of the Southern Colorado Optometric Association. Previously a captain in the Army, he served as Chief of Optometry at Fort Carson for the 4th Infantry Division.

Dr. Roark has also taught as an Associate Professor at the University of Houston College of Optometry.

Dr. Roark has many passions in the field of Optometry including contacts, glaucoma, lasik, and the fitting of specialty glasses.
Dr. Edward Parker, OD — Optometry Clinic in Colorado Springs, CO
Dr. Jordan Mayhew, OD is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma majoring in Chemistry and Biochemistry. He later went on to pursue his Optometry degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association, and the Southern Colorado Optometric Association.

Dr. Mayhew moved to Colorado because he loves skiing and hiking.  

Dr. Jordan Mayhew, OD is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma majoring in Chemistry and Biochemistry. He later went on to pursue his Optometry degree from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Colorado Optometric Association, and the Southern Colorado Optometric Association.


Dr. Mayhew has been with our practice since 2019 and is passionate about the diagnosis and monitoring of macular degeneration, cataracts, lasik referral and care, glaucoma and the fitting of specialty contacts.


Dr. Mayhew has been licensed to do surgical procedures such as YAG, SLT, and PI since 2018. He has been performing these procedures in our state since April of 2023.


Dr. Mayhew moved to Colorado  with his wife Hannah who is a nurse at Peak Vista. He enjoys spending his free time hiking and skiing .
